“Initializing manual control,” Sam said as the desktop folded to the sides. New controls took their place. Sam slid his hands into the commands sleeves before brings them towards him. His feet slid into stirrups attached to peddles. “Captain, you strapped in?”

“Afirm,” The Captain replied from the copilot's seat.

“Alright. Bring up main forward cams on screens two andfour. Port on one and starboard on five. Give me rear cams on three,” Sam commanded from the pilot's chair. The screens flickered to life and filled the room with light. Sam took a deep breath and whispered to himself, 'Hope this thing flies better than she looks.'
